Great product knowledge from Shelley and a pleasant purchase experience. Items we wanted were in stock. Loved the delivery accuracy and tracking of the actual truck it was on. We are very impressed overall and the best price in town! Keep up the great service.

This review should've been posted two years ago, but better late than never. It was peak pandemic, and we (like everyone else) were making upgrades to our home. We ordered all new kitchen appliances and a new sectional at Leon's with Tina's help. While we were expecting them to take ages to arrive, they actually arrived quickly and had to be kept at the store until we were ready for delivery. Everything was delivered as promised, undamaged and it honestly couldn't have gone smoother. My old mindset of slick salespeople and dodgey tactics were NOT a thing during our experience at all. I would definitely buy from Leon's again based on this experience.

Tracking system for delivery is the greatest. Delivery personnel very efficient and competent. Love my new couches. Whole experience a win. My only complaint was trying to find a salesperson on a big sale day. Knew what I wanted and it took abit to find someone to put sale through. Not a real issue when I saved $2000!

Do not purchase any warranty. I purchased a sectional couch. Before the warranty expired, the cage within the cushion broke; the seat became very uncomfortable to sit on as there is now a bulging within the cushion. Warranties are maintain by a third party, who are slow to respond (I sent all the information/pictures that were requested, and even then it took me several calls with customer service over the course of several more weeks to get a simple acknowledgement). The manufacturer sent an expert to my house, who confirmed that the problem was a structural one and sent in his report. I received a follow-up email the next day which explained that my warranty was void because it does not cover "normal wear and tear." If the pieces inside the couch suddenly slipping out of place isn't covered by the warranty, I don't know what possibly could be. Not worth the money.

Great service exchanging matresses. Shelley the sales associate was quite helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery guys were so good in taking out the old and bringing in the new. Well Done!
